Sherry Hribar brings 20+ years of experience in the Human Resource and OD fields. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University, in addition to a B.A. in Business from Notre Dame College and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and Values Analyst. She is the President of SelectLinx. SelectLinx is focused on helping companies choose superior performers through strategic selection and assessment practices.
Sherry specializes in analyzing current selection practices and then fine-tuning them so that companies have an effective HR process in place to attract and keep the best employees, reduce turnover and increase productivity. As a Distributor for Target Training International assessment products, she advises on best practices in using diagnostic assessments. She has an exceptional track record in supporting and directing hiring efforts. She partners with organizations and simply put, has a superior record of selecting the best talent. Other services include career coaching, team building activities, corporate goal setting, best interview practices, and performance evaluation training. Sherry is well versed in policy setting as it relates to federally mandated legislation including: EEO, Affirmative Action, Harassment, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and others.
All talent is not the same. Sherry’s primary focus is to help organizations discover the best available talent in the marketplace and develop HR practices that will result in the “right hire” and the best fit.
Sarah graduated from Ruhr-University in Bochum, Germany with an MA in Industrial Sociology. She has worked as an HR Recruiter and currently works as an HR Partner to SelectLinx. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, keeping up with two young children and is involved in several non-profit organizations in Stark County.
Tammy graduated from Cleveland State University with a BA in Education. She has taught in both private and public schools and is currently working on her Masters Degree in Reading Specialization. In her spare time Tammy enjoys reading, spending time with her family and volunteering at the local Humane Society.
Barbara Sooy brings eleven years of experience working with small businesses in both the accounting and administrative capacities. She specializes in Quickbooks training as well as consulting services. Barb received a BS in Business Management at the University of Arizona.
